Comprehensive Design Consultation and Layout Planning
After your initial appointment, our team will prepare detailed layout plans, sketches, and moodboards to present at your next meeting. These tools will help us ensure the proposed design aligns perfectly with your lifestyle. During the presentation, we'll review the layout together, making any necessary adjustments. We often provide multiple layout options for you to choose from, ensuring you have a variety of choices that meet your needs and preferences.
Quotation Review and Contract Preparation
Once we've confirmed your desired layout, we will send you a detailed quotation along with helpful tools to review and understand the breakdown at home. If preferred, we can also arrange an appointment to go through it together. After you approve the quotation, we will draft a contract to begin the initial 3D drawings. Please note that our quotations are flexible and can be adjusted throughout the renovation process, provided that items have not been fabricated, installed, or confirmed.
