This exceptional 5-room newly built BTO has been meticulously renovated to cater to a family of five, including two young children. Every aspect of the design has been tailored to be child-friendly, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the entire family.

To enhance both functionality and aesthetics, we incorporated fluted panels for the feature walls. This design allows natural light to flow into the walkway while providing privacy for the bedroom adjacent to the living room.

A key highlight of the renovation is the multifunctional platform bed in the study room, which has been converted into a bedroom for their son. This innovative design includes ample storage space integrated into every corner of the platform and features a study table seamlessly joined to it, maximizing utility and space efficiency.

In the master bedroom, we extended the existing carpentry to create additional storage, addressing the family's needs. This includes a custom-made hidden study table and a TV console, ensuring that the space remains uncluttered and functional.

Throughout the unit, soft and light laminates were used to maintain a bright and airy ambiance, making the home feel welcoming and spacious. The bathrooms were designed with a unique flair, incorporating bright blue designs with half paint and half tiled walls in the common bathroom, and fun subway tiles in the master bathroom to add a touch of whimsy and character.
