This charming 3-room newly built BTO unit at Bidadari Park has been thoughtfully customized for a couple with a keen interest in cooking and YouTube video production. We carefully reconfigured the kitchen space to support their culinary endeavors and video shoots, incorporating an open-concept layout and a functional island table. The island, designed with rounded edges for future planning, includes a conveniently placed water dispenser for easy access. Additionally, we maximized kitchen storage by creating a back-to-back cabinet system, ensuring ample space for all their kitchen essentials.

In the living room, we opted for a unique TV layout that deviates from the conventional setup, adding a touch of individuality to the space. The owners cleverly utilized the bay window as a settee for their dining area, creating a cozy and efficient dining solution.

To enhance the home's functionality, we opened up the extra bedroom, transforming it into a bright and airy work area. This open space is perfect for productivity and provides a comfortable environment for remote work or hobbies.

We also reconfigured the master bedroom by changing the position of the door. This adjustment allowed us to design a walk-in wardrobe, offering the couple a luxurious and organized space as they enter the master bedroom.
